Shipping and Returns

How long does my order take to ship?

Most of our creations will be on their way to you within 1-3 business days. Some of our treasures are made to order, uniquely for your, and require longer processing times. These items will have individual processing times that you can find in their descriptions.

Do you offer international shipping? 

We currently only offer domestic shipping within the United States.

What is your return policy? 

We do accept returns and exchanges on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible for return, contact must be made within 7 days of delivery of your order. Because of the nature of certain items, custom orders and sale items will not be eligible for return. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
